- The application form, with all information completely filled out, should be submitted to the university along with a DD for Rs. 2600/- in favour of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth drawn on Vadodara by registered post only or in person.

- Library- The university has a large collection of books by renowned publishers in the fields of medical, pharmacy, nursing, dentistry, management, and paramedical sciences, as well as e-resources.
- Sports facilities- In addition to academic excellence, the university focuses on sports activities for the students' overall development. It features a world-class sports and games complex, as well as a multi-purpose gym and yoga faculty.
- Mess- The Food Court facility, which is housed in a two-story complex on campus, caters to the snacking needs of students and faculty at a very reasonable price.
- Hostels- For the comfort of outstation students, the institution has a separate modern hostel facility for both boys and girls, complete with enhanced security and an indoor mess. Candidates should apply for the hostel facility at the beginning of the academic year because rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
